Pop Smoke’s crew presented four additional tracks from the deluxe edition of his second posthumous album Faith, as well as an official release date for the entire extended edition, on the night of what would have been his 22nd birthday (July 20).
“Questions,” “Run Down” starring OnPointLikeOP and G Herbo, “Money Man” featuring Killa, and “Defiant” featuring Dread Woo and TRAVI have all been added to the tracklist.
Steven Victor, Smoke’s manager, announced the new tracks on Instagram a few hours before they went live on streaming services on Tuesday night. In addition to the four new tracks, Victor said that the whole deluxe edition of the album would be published next week, on Friday, July 30.
Victor remarked under a video of Smoke and multi-platinum producer Rico Beats in the studio, “midnight we going up for you, we converting the anguish into champagne everyday.” “This is for our day ones; we’ve opted to drop off 4 tonight that are cleared and the remainder on 7/30. Thank you to everyone who helped us get this out.”
On Friday, July 16, the original edition of Pop Smoke’s Faith was released. Kanye West, Pusha T, Future, Kid Cudi, Pharrell, Dua Lipa, Quavo, Takeoff, and others are among the artists that appear on the 20-track project.
Faith is expected to debut at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 with a total of 110,000 to 120,000 in overall activity in its first week, including 4,000 to 6,000 album sales, according to HITS Daily Double.
In other news, an animated film based on Juice WRLD’s songs is now in the works.
